The Value of the Holy Spirit Anointing

The Anointing of the Holy Spirit is so strong and powerful when it manifests in you but its purpose is perfectly fulfilled through obedience, humility, patience, self-control, gentleness and above all wisdom.

  For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

 It is never the Will of God (Holy Spirit) to pour His Anointing powerfully on His dear child to disgrace or harm him by making him act awkwardly, strip off his garment,  and go naked through its manifestation as it happened to Saul when he was prophesying in 1 Samuel 19:23-24, but He rather delights in that of His child who can exercise self-control as a fruit given by the same Spirit who empowers us with this same Anointing.

 Also, Gentleness and Patience should be brought to scene when such influence of the Anointing occurs to us but NOT the act of aggressiveness and impatience.

 Above all, we should extinguish the side effects with humility, obedience and wisdom which will guide us to fulfill the true purpose and mission of the Anointing.

 We must always remember that upon all the Fullness of the Anointing of Jesus, He was constantly humble, obedient, self-controlled, gentle, patient and most especially wise.

 May the Good Lord give us the Grace to be like Him!!!

God's Peace Is Different From The World's peace

  People everywhere search for peace. They sing songs about it and travel on pilgrimages to find it. They even wage war to protect it. Many wealthy, famous, and powerful people would trade everything for just one moment of peace. What they often find, however, is the world’s false peace which is different from the peace offered by Jesus: Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not  your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (John 14:27) The peace offered by the world is an empty promise and can only bring temporary comfort. The 2 Ways That Sin Shall Not Have Dominion Over You

FEBRUARY 16, 2018|IN BLOG POST, 2018|BY RYAN RUFUS I’m sure you are familiar with Romans 6:14 “For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace”. Recently I have been ministering to someone who grew up being taught this scripture in a very religious way which resulted in terrible depression, and more recently becoming very suicidal. He was taught that if you don’t have dominion over sin then you are not in God’s grace and are not saved. He was told if you died with sin in your life then you are going to hell. The religious angle which makes this so deceptive and destructive is that “sin won’t have dominion over you if you are in grace, therefore if sin is having dominion over you then you are not in grace.” This is absolutely not what this scripture is saying and to teach it like this is to bring bondage and death. This teaching kills believers slowly, and in the case of my new friend almost drove him to the point of taking his own life. Thank
