The Importance of Divine Revelations, Dreams and Visions
The Importance of Divine Revelations, Dreams and Visions!!!
Isaiah 48:3.
Time and again I warned, cautioned and hinted you about what was going to happen in the future. Then suddenly I took action and all my predictions came true.
Dear friend,
During periods of intense intercession, especially when coupled with fasting, we often experience series of positive and/or negative revelations. But God reveals to redeem, always! The positive revelations, dreams or visions he shows us that reflect His promise, are redeemed out of the spirit realm into the physical for our benefit. While the negative ones He permits us to experience, He redeems and rescues us from, as we continue to agree with the LORD and His infallible Word in prayer.
Therefore, negative spiritual experiences should never make us panic, become fearful or anxious, but should become persistent prayer points that we constantly wrestle down unto victory. Neither should positive spiritual experiences simply make us recline or relax in our oars, assuming it's already or finally accomplished. But these wonderful revelations should also become key prayer concerns that gladden our hearts with great expectation, giving thanks regularly before God's awesome throne, until we experience their physical manifestation. By praying about such experiences regularly, we allow the Holy Spirit to help us, teach us and guide us according God's specific, unique and current will and agenda for us.
1corinthians 2:10-16. (Read the rest of this chapter from your Bible)
But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.
As we constantly engage in spiritual activities and endeavours, our dreams, revelations, visions and even our normal thoughts and imaginations become exceptionally prophetic, realistic and authentic. We also receive the confidence, boldness and divine dexterity to declare, monitor and pursue them with utmost precision and accuracy. Hallelujah!
Consequently, we're healed of and delivered from the nasty, childish habit of searching everywhere and anywhere for someone to tell us our future, who we are, and what and how to do what. Then, we're becoming mature, stable and productive in our place in the body of Christ. What a glorious privilege we have to know that God Almighty, the Holy Spirit resides in us eternally! Glory to God!
Therefore, that which you underestimate with a condescending attitude as a pipe dream is more often your secret password to your palace - don't mess with it!
